Each session is broken into two segments (11v11 and Inside Run)

General Guidelines
-
Check In:
-
All teams must check in at least 45 minutes prior to their first scheduled game.

Team Certification:
-
(player cards, roster verification, and coach credentials) will be completed at the check-in table before play.

Field Access:
-
Only certified rostered players, coaches, and approved media will be allowed on the field or sidelines.

Game Format and Rules​
-
Game Clock:
-
Games are played on a 12-minute running clock with a 3-minute intermission between matchups.
-
-
Play Clock:
-
25 seconds from the ready-for-play whistle.
-
-
Start of game:
-
Who is on offense and defense is predetermined and can be viewed on the game day schedule.
-
-
Ball Placement:
-
All offensive series start at the 40-yard line going toward the end zone.
-
-
Play Series:
-
All drives start 1st down & 10
-
-
After a Touchdown:
-
The offense must attempt an offensive conversion from the 3yd line before going back to the 40yd line. A successful attempt will count as 1 additional point.

Turnover On Downs:
-
If a 4th down is unsuccessful, the ball goes back to the 40 yard line.

Fumbles and Interceptions:
-
No points given for fumble or Interception. It becomes turnover on downs (restart at the 40yd line)
-
Fumbles and interceptions are live and may be returned back to the 40yd line for a touchdown.

6 points awarded for returned touchdown​

Inside Run:​
-
The final two minutes of each round is inside run. The ball is spotted at the 10yd line with 4 Downs to score.
-
Offensive Penalty can not bring the ball further than the 10 yard line.
-
Runs "out of bounds" result in a loss of down.
-

Coaches are allowed on field during this period.
-
Only for 8u and above
-
-
Special Teams:
-
No special teams (punts, field goals, or kickoffs).
-
-
Coaches on Field:
-
Defensive coaches are NOT allowed on the field.
-
Offense is allowed ONE coach on the field and must be 10 yards behind the ball at the snap.
-
6u and 7u are the only ones allowed to have 1 coach on the field on both sides of the ball.

​The on field coach is allowed to only call plays and not make adjustments. He may speak with his players/sidelines as long as it is related to instruction (NOT the other teams players/coaches). The Coach can Never Physically move a player.
-
If there are violations of this, the coach will lose the on field opportunity and be removed from the field for the remainder of the game - zero tolerance.

Penalties:
-
Any penalty on offense or defense will result in league AYF rules being applied. No penalty will go further than the 40 yard line.

Offensive penalty on the PAT try will result in loss of down and return the ball to the 40yd line.

Sportsmanship & Conduct
-
Zero tolerance for fighting, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior by players, coaches, or spectators.
-
Coaches are responsible for controlling their sidelines and parent behavior.
-
Any ejected player or coach is suspended for the remainder of the jamboree and will be reported to the team’s respective league for further league ramifications.

Officiating
-
All referee decisions are final—no protests allowed.
-
This is a pre-season scrimmage environment; referees are to keep the pace of the games uptempo.

Injuries & Safety
-
Play will stop immediately for any injury, but the clock will still run.
-
Injured players must be cleared by a coach or medical personnel before returning to play.
-
Mouth guards are required; all other standard safety equipment must be worn. Colored visors, wristbands, and backplates are allowed.

MEDIA Rules
​​

No outside media on the field of play. All video/camera work must be done from the Endzone or on the sideline.​

Video/Camera men are NOT allowed behind the QB.

NWBFC verified media are the only ones allowed on the field during game play

All players must be certified on Zorts. Face to face verification will also occur before the start of each game.
