Train with other guys around the state who are either in college or going off to play college ball just like you. This program is available immediately following the athlete’s high school senior football season. College Prep is designed for our elite level athletes who are preparing for college football (D1, D2, D3, IVY, NAIA, JUCO). This is a progressive based offseason program that runs throughout the remainder of the athlete’s senior year in high school.

Current college athletes are welcomed to join in when they are back in town for break 

The emphasis is on full body transformation and mental preparation for the next level. Our athletes enter into their college seasons ahead of the curve and ready to play. 

 

College prep mirrors what the athlete will see once they arrive on a college campus. Our groups are broken into small group sessions throughout the week which allow our college athletes to focus on the finer details of making the leap from high school student athlete to college student athlete as well pushes our current college athletes so they go back to school in better shape than they left.

We know our athletes will play other sports and that is great. However, if they want to step on campus and make an immediate impact then they must still find time to push themselves to do what others won't so they can achieve what others can't.

Tuesday and Thursday nights

Jan- 3, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 

Feb- 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 

Mar- 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30

Apr- 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27

May- 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30
