The emphasis is speed, speed, and more speed!

Speed is valued in every sport. We designed this program with our speed trainer to increase our athletes' quickness, explosiveness, posture, foot speed, body control, core strength, flexibility and more.

Our classes emphasize inclusion of all gender and skill levels with an end result of increased speed and total player development. 

These small group sessions utilize bands, sleds, harnesses, timers, med balls, etc.

Every Tuesday March 21-  April 11

1st- 7th Grade: 6:15-7:15pm

8th/ HS: 7:30-830p
