Offseason Training





A full scale 6 month position specific program designed to enhance the physical and mental performance of our athletes with a heightened focus on safety and injury prevention. We ensure that our athletes receive the best instruction by providing coaching from players who have played at the collegiate and/or NFL level.    


Our offseason program has three tiers: Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Each athlete is instructed within their age group.


During this offseason program our athletes will gain new techniques that can be applied to their teams, as well gain a new found confidence that will allow them to become better leaders on their teams and in the community. They will also take reps against other athletes around the state who have made the decision to enhance their craft. By placing your child in our offseason program, you are making a decision to watch your child grow.

Our coaching staff is comprised of  NCAA and NFL Alumni.

We are a uniformed academy. All athletes must wear an HEIR Football shirt while participating in the program.

Original Schedule

1st-6th grade: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

7th/8th/HS grade: 7:30-9:15
